1. Submit a Request: Use the form below or email us within 14 days of receiving your result.

2. Initial Review: An Altaius Learning Science Lead will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.

3. Human Evaluation: A qualified human expert reviews the scenario transcript and original inputs.

4. Resolution: We provide a detailed written explanation and, if justified, an adjusted score.

5. System Improvement: Justified appeals inform our model training and parity checks.
